2. Services Provided

Plutus Coaching offers coaching services in five key areas: Life Coaching, Career Coaching, Health and Fitness Coaching (including personal training), Leadership Coaching, and Wealth Coaching. Our services are designed to empower you with the tools and strategies necessary for personal and professional growth. However, the results of coaching depend on your commitment and effort.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

• No Guarantees: While we strive to provide you with the best possible guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your application of the tools and strategies discussed during coaching sessions.
• Non-Therapeutic: Our coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or any other professional mental health services. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Payments for coaching services are due as agreed upon during the initial consultation. Payment plans may be available for certain packages, but all fees must be paid in full before the commencement of services.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once a coaching program has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Commitment: As a client, you are expected to actively participate in the coaching process, complete any assigned tasks, and communicate openly with your coach.
• Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. Coach Responsibilities

• Confidentiality: Plutus Coaching is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. However, we may disclose certain information if required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm.
• Professionalism: Our coaches are dedicated to providing a high standard of service, including being punctual, prepared, and respectful during all coaching sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Plutus Coaching, including but not limited to materials, resources, and tools, is the intellectual property of Plutus Coaching and is intended for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plutus Coaching and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the coaching services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. If you terminate the agreement, any unpaid fees for services already rendered will be due immediately. Plutus Coaching reserves the right to terminate the agreement if you fail to comply with these terms or if we believe that our services are no longer beneficial to you.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Plutus Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
